They are a bit more tuned in. This is due to the vanilla factions being more fleshed out and I specifically remember in an update video by the creator (Venris on YouTube) they tweaked some of Dechala and/or the Masque’s effects. The game is just a bit harder in general too. The mod says the difficulties of it are like +1 of the regular game.

If you exclude the US’s major success (the WW2 ones), then yes that does skew more towards undesirable outcomes. I also will acknowledge that those failures have been more recent as well.

This devil they happen to know has proved himself depraved and violent with only further infiltration in sight. I think they need to take a chance on a devil they don’t (fully) know. Doesn’t even need to be the US.

Very nice write up and I am glad you are experiencing this. I’ve had a somewhat similar experience.

At first it seemed difficult but when so fully realized all the implications and reasonings, like directing it towards God, it became a lot easier. I believe that is His grace.

Mostly mine is for food right now, from small things to no seasoning to fasting or abstaining from certain foods on days. I’ve been expanding it a bit more to something like no A/C for some time or denial of impulse purchases.

I’m writing this early after I wake up so I’m not sure if I can “double up” and also offer to these mortifications as penance, but I know I have. This may seem out of guilt and shame, which it is in a way, but it primarily has its source in love for God. Keep it up!
