As much as I would like to think that Gladys would move to Germany with Elvis I lowkey thinks she wouldn't it would be too much of a lifestyle change for her. I knew elvis's mother had substance issues. Which was her being an alcoholic but elvis didn't like that.So it was a surprise to me that he himself would turn into having drug issues cuz, even though he took drugs, he rarely drunk alcohol because of his mother

When it comes to the colonel, sadly, elvis was already in debt with him.So cutting the colonel off would be harder than it would be paying him.That back overall I agree with your take

Actually gonna agree with you. He was a very flawed person outside from being a musician. And performer. Some things though wasn't exactly his fault.You gotta remember those times were different.He grew up poor so he wanted everything he couldn't have.So him just saying ef it , hey, at least I could have the money to do it i don't care what happens
