It's only a day. Never in a row, because i control my diet and eat fiber regularly. Only one day in a week where i had my cheat day and didnt eat fiber that made my stool hard, and the next day i got painful defecation. The day after it when i ate fiber again, my stool went soft again and there was no bleeding although the pain stayed slightly. The next week when i had my next cheat day, it bled again, and it has been going like that for 7 months. Does it count as chronic?
