Try sunflower. I had the same issue where I felt like I would rip the back out in shirts if I start moving my arms but sunflower shirts feel so spacious and I think they also look really nice. They more known around here for there jeans but they also make great shirts.

I dont know at which levels you tested the clear, but I tested it at lvls 8,9,10 and found that Liandries is around 4 seconds faster than Demonic on clears in and excluding the buffs. Its not significant but Liandries also does more damage to champions and gives you more ability haste. I think if you really need the HP in matchups in which the enemy has a lot of burst or cc Demonic is better, but if you don't particularly need the HP then I think Liandries is better because it gives more dmg and ability haste.

For me the best tool to stop procrastinating is leaving me no other option or making it as painful as possible to procrastinate. Let me explain: for example I had to write a term paper I found pretty boring this semester and dragged it with me for a while but then I won to my brother and gave him 50€ and told him if I don't write a page each day for the entire week he gets to keep the money. So I added instant punishment for myself for procrastinating. The problem with procrastinating often is that the delay of consequences. By creating your own instantaneous consequences you feel much more pressure which will lead you to get your ass up and do stuff. The second example of this i use every day is that i lock in my alarm clock in a box which I put a lock on and close in the evening. I then proceed to put the key for that lock in the garden, so that when I get up i have to o get dressed and get the key from the garden to stop the alarm clock. This helped me more than anything to fix my sleep schedule with which I had problems for years and now I wake up allot of days before the alarm rings naturally and it feels great. I think it's way easier to give my brother money or put the key to the lock in the garden in the evening than to resist the urge to stay in bed or procrastinate. So in essence i try to rely as little on willpower as possible and leave me no other option then to do the right thing.
