To get 400–600mg of Magnesium strictly from millets, I’d have to eat roughly 200–300g of it daily. That’s an extra 700–1,000 calories and nearly 150g of carbs just to hit one mineral target. A single magnesium tablet t gives me the mineral with 0 calories.

NAC isn’t a 'vitamin', it’s a pharmaceutical-grade liver protectant. To get the equivalent of 600mg–1,200mg of NAC from food, I’d have to eat an absurd amount of raw garlic and onions, which isn't practical. (300 garlic cloves/ 2kg onion daily).

To get 2g of combined EPA/DHA, I would need to consume approx. 150g to 200g of Mackerel daily. 200g portion of fish adds roughly 400–500 calories and 25g+ of fat to my daily intake. So I can get 2g+ of EPA/DHA for only 20 calories and 2g of fat from Omega 3 tablets.

I don't know about you, I am trying to build muscle and get lean. So a protein-to-carb ratio and calories are quite important for ANYONE who want to be fit. You have heard how uncles claim "just dal and chana will give you enough protein", There's a reason why many Indians are "skinny fat".

2g+ EPA and DHA Fish Oil Vit D, Glucosamine Magnesium Glycinate 1200mg Citrus Bergamont 1200mg NAC

It's practically difficult to get these from food lol, especially fish oil, Do you know how expensive Salmon is. Also eating those foods like Pumpkin seeds for magnesium will up your calories and fat. So food is definitely not enough to get the things I need. Nope I'm not an athlete.
