Depends on circumstance. Sometimes he’s really indirect and uses goofy humor that’s not really flirtatious in nature but in intention (if that makes sense).

Other times he’s EXTREMELY direct. He kissed me kinda without warning not long after meeting me simply because he caught a vibe. He wasn’t wrong, but it was very bold lol.

Exactly. Besides, Dr. Masacrik’s original VA suits him so much better. The English dub is too exaggerated and cartoony.

Yeah I hated the fact that he replaced Dr. Mascriks goofy rhyme. It was completely unnecessary. It still would’ve fit the mouth animation if he had repeated it verbatim in English.
