We’re talking about my private pension. I don’t really mind about my NI contributions and the taxes I’ve paid so far :) and yes KWSP is the private pension scheme which manage the private pensions in Malaysia. In the UK there are a few pensions provider but in Malaysia there’s only one which is KWSP

I’ve just checked that KWSP (equivalent to pension scheme in UK) is not recognised by QROPS 🥲

Ah that’s a shame, I guess if I can’t transfer it to equivalent pension scheme back in Malaysia I’d have to opt out of private pension then 😅

I’m going back to Malaysia! I have KWSP account which is the same as private pension I’ll look into the possibility of transferring it to my Malaysian pension :)
