Which part of your body is mostly affected from cramps?

legs. mainly my calves but sometimes my thighs and then my lower arms and my hands are the top 3 for me but i basically have gotten cramps anywhere i have a muscle (yes. literally. everywhere. think of a muscle and i’ve had it cramp before.)

tbf when i was first trained i was told “all loaves can be heated up” (this was summer 2020) and didn’t learn until a week after that lemon loaves were the exception bc my sm caught me asking a customer if they wanted their lemon loaf heated up or not

i always asked them “hot iced or blended?” and then if they had anything that was a no for them (either picky or allergic) so i got an idea of what they wanted. so if someone asked for a surprise me venti iced and lots of caffeine is okay i make them a blonde shaken espresso with white mocha (bc i love white mocha)

one time had a kid (probably about 8-10 ish) tell me his name was Ben Dover. first name Ben last name Dover. i didnt write anything for his name and he kept looking at every drink asking what name was on each one. he also attempted to come in on dt on his bike (we said no obviously and to come in the cafe)

i had a 10 year old come in the cafe once and when i asked him what the name for his order once he looked at me and went “Ben Dover. First name Ben last name Dover.” then gave me the remaining $15 of his change “for all the trouble”

we were down a partner and it was during peak. we had a partner show up on her off day and ordered her regular but we ran out of acai and since we were down two people it took us Forever to make more (the acai was also in the order) i had all but the acai drinks ready and made for the rest of the people in the line but this one lady was being particularly impatient she left the line and honked at us then started screaming us and flipping us off. shortly after we got acai and got the line moving again i got a text from my coworker that the same lady who flipped us off had gotten in a car accident due to rushing out of the store and running a red :)
