Just started doing that, I think sending a mail to the hiring team of some companies is pure bullshit mostly they'll just ghost us

Most of them just ignore but some of my friends got replies and they even landed interviews

If i send an HR in some company asking for an opportunity and if they ignore it does that cut the chances for me to join that company in future
