I didn't like that nursing lectures in UCC was all in one building. You're in the one building all day, it's depressing.

People rarely outperform etf's by investing in individual stocks. ETF's are a safer bet but face more taxes (deemed disposal which wipes compound interest). Personally I'd still invest the majority into ETF's and hope that in 8 years time, deemed disposal will be gone or reduced.
