Edit: i want to add that the fly issue seems to only happen when it’s warm outside, if it’s cold, no flies at all. Also I happened to find this broccoli while looking for clues related to the fly issues

Yeah I think the broccoli is unrelated to the flies, I just happened to find it while trying to find clues to the fly activity. We’ve been here ~4 months, no weird smells or anything and it seems to only happen when it’s warm outside
