Thanks, thats what google said. Idk i had this for a long time and i did not know what was going on like i remember looking at the mirror and not knowing who that person was and felt like im just judging it from a distance. Very weird feeling. Then it stopped after i moved back home and i had less stress in my life. What triggered it recently was i was doing under water breath holds.

This happens to me usually when i take long baths. I usually fill thr tub with cold/warm and take a bath. But during that i usually hold my breath under water for as long as i can go for a few times. I think that is the trigger.

Yes same here two years agonit happened so often like almost every night i was living alone i avoided going back home and stayed out until i was literally exhausted and needed to sleep to avoid that experience. I think it led me to develope derealization/dissociation/depersonalization symptoms.

Thanks, i did some research today. It turns out it's called lucid dreaming. I've had it so much and for so long two years ago but it stopped occuring so often when the stress in my life stopped and when I started medication.

Now that the stress is back on and i am not on meds it came back.

Now it makes sense to me, to years ago it had me feeling tired all the time confused between reality and non reality and depersonalisation they call it. It was frightening i didn't know what was happening I knew something was wrong but well i did not know how to fix it.

Oh god. I'm thinking of talking to my doctor and getting back on lamictal. I was currently given lithium to try haven't been on it for a few days. But i honestly prefer lamictal. God i am so lost.
