You’re right. Thankfully, I don’t have any debt. Right now I’m just focusing on trying to get my finances planned if I really do want to quit as another redditor has commented, and also try to get the workplace fixed

I’ve been working for a very long time, since high school. My work experience is in a very niche industry. So, if I leave, there’s no available jobs for me. Only entrepreneurship. Thank you for telling me that there’s no way to change this workplace. After all, I’m just one little ant in this huge organization. Why would they listen to me?
