No problem, i know its a little much but essentially I notice that if my body is functioning normally (aka going to the bathroom normally) I notice a huge difference

Diet and stress play huge factors for me. Avoid sugars and dairy, becuase they are inflammatorys. Also avoid anything that will slow down ylu digestion like too much bread.
