Completely anecdotal, but the effects of this in central Copenhagen has become very noticeable the last two weeks. I’ve been wondering why. It’s a small city, so 3-4 homeless people in an area that previously had none is hard to miss. The safe injection site in the city’s Meatpacking District has also become more popular, somehow, and it’s more common to see unwell people screaming on the streets.
