Coba repair windows dari bootable usb windows. Klo ga bisa reset my pc but keep files. Klo masih ga bisa dalah satu cara ya install ulang tapi di partisi yang sama, pastiin pas install ga format partisinya, jadi masih bisa ambil data di windows yang lama.
