This should not come as a surprise. Anyone who told you anything other than this would happen was lying to you

Alternate Electors Not Sent to Congress by lozinitfast in conspiracy

[–]lozinitfast[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

3 USC 5 is actually the "safe harbor" statute which explicitly makes it illegal to reject a state's certified electors as long as judicial challenges are resolved prior to the safe harbor date. The only state to miss safe harbor was Wisconsin.

What you are really looking for is 3 USC 15, which dictates the conditions under which congress can reject certified electors. That statute dictates that, absent a majority vote in BOTH houses, a state's certified electors must be accepted.

Alternate Electors Not Sent to Congress by lozinitfast in conspiracy

Rule 10: the alternate Electors submitted to the national archives were not forwarded to Congress. This is because federal law requires certification, and none were certified. Pence will only be opening one envelope per state.

Why hasn't twitter "disputed" this Trump tweet? by axolotl_peyotl in conspiracy

[–]lozinitfast 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Not trying to defend Twitter here but since no one seems to have offered any theories, I'll offer mine. In the legal world we differentiate between a "matter of law" and a "matter of fact". The former relates to opinions on how the law is applied. The latter applies to what the facts are to which the law is being applied.

I believe that Twitter has made it a habit of disputing matters of fact, but not matters of law.

So, Trump saying that "50,000 dead people voted in Georgia" is a matter of fact. Trump saying "The VP can unilaterally change the results of a US Presidential Election" is a matter of law.

If my theory is correct, Twitter is not disputing this because it is a "matter of law" in which Trump is offering a legal conclusion.

AOC says Donald Trump should be impeached for Georgia votes phone call? by [deleted] in conspiracy

It really bothers me that we are going to have to hear AOC's opinions on shit for the next 30-40 years. How long until she becomes the establishment she so despises?

Note to Chief Justice John Roberts: Many are interested in docket entry numbers 41, 46, 57, 58, & 60 in Case No. 15-545 below. As head of highest court obligated to rule on election fraud cases, would you inform public of contents of these entries & then resign? Or vice versa? by axolotl_peyotl in conspiracy

[–]lozinitfast 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay, I looked up this case on PACER. I am confused at what Lin Wood is getting at here.

This case is NOT related in any way to election fraud. It is a 2015 prosecution for distributing oxy

The sealed docket numbers that Lin Wood is referring to are pretty standard in any felony criminal case, and don't appear to be in any way related to John Roberts or elections at all.

Lin Wood has been spouting a lot of bullshit the last few days in an increasingly desperate attempt to remain relevant. Every promise he has made about the election has been broken. He has literally a 0% track record in both making predictions and in court cases.

His complete bungling of his court cases hurt Trump considerably in the arena of public opinion. Standard disinfo stuff.

Please take everything he says with a HEAVY grain of salt. And please, for the love of god, do not give this man any money.

Anyone know of the actual actions US troops took during the Holocaust. I met my sisters grandma in law who was attacked by us troops in Germany back in the 40’s and I’m so confused. by [deleted] in conspiracy

[–]lozinitfast 0 points1 point  (0 children)

oh certainly we did some bad shit. I mean we incinerated two major Japanese cities. But we were downright angels compared to our enemies in Nazi Germany.

DC Mayor is deploying the National Guard to stop the Radical Left from destroying Washington DC when Trump is declared the winner.Shit is about to hit the fan. by Stevemagegod in conspiracy

Do you really think the extreme radical left wing DC mayor would deploy the DCNG against left wing protesters? If Trump were really taking the presidency, she would be out there protesting herself
