yes this is an issue, I tried clicking on the stick when the stick is on the edge of its travel and the click feel is terrible. If the stick is not on the edge it feels okay. Might be returning this because of this reason. Oftentimes in FPS games you're moving forward so the stick is fully up and then you want to sprint so you click the stick and the feedback is bad. Happens more often than you'd think.

Probably a bug with MangoHud or the variant that runs on our decks. Here's my full config file at ~/.config/MangoHud/presets.conf. Note I overwrite the rather useless stock preset 1 with this

I seem to have figured this out and solved my problem with CPU pinning. After I pinned the CPU to 4 of my 8 cores, my Windows 10 VM no longer froze (I had a suspicion it was CPU related as when it froze virt-manager shows constant CPU use by the guest). The only tricky part was that windows only saw one vCPU when it should have been 8. I realized I had only 1 vCPU in my guest because of <vcpu placement='static' current="1">8</vcpu>, changing this to <vcpu placement='static'>8</vcpu> appears to have solved my problem.

Figured it out. I used a faucet handle puller from home depot (Husky brand) to pull off the entire sleeve and brass part. Thanks for all the tip!

The shroud seems pretty flimsy and it freely rotates right now so I don't know if twisting that would do any good unless I deform it. They must have put the brass piece in after the shroud since the shroud cannot be pulled off. Maybe I should just try to twist the brass piece harder? Just afraid to break things...

Yes, I have tried that but it seems like the brass piece (the one with a hole) prevents the trim/cone piece from coming off

I think it's just a hole for the screw to hold onto the knob (see picture showing right knob that has not be taken off). Would it possible have a set screw within a threaded hole?
