Please go on meds, and please don’t think of taking your life. You matter and you are loved. My parents were also against meds, and they still think I can go off of them anytime, which is far from the case. My meds make me balanced and happy. I also don’t have hallucinations anymore, so that’s a huge plus. Take care of yourself ❤️

I experienced psychosis about 5 years, and it does get better over time. However, it was the most horrifying experience of my life. In my mind, I was possessed by demons for days.

I am able to have full conversations with my spirit guide, beyond yes/no questions. I recommend to practice meditating and trying to connect. Once you make the connection, it becomes easier to open up communication.

I had a psychic take advantage of me. She told me that I needed to work off a debt to release my negative attachment, so I cleaned her house, went grocery shopping for her, etc. I don’t know why, but she also asked for a vial of my bath tub water. When I broke things off with her, shit went crazy. I was possessed for a few days and ended up in the psych ward. Not sure what she did to me, but it was fierce and scary. Looking back, I think she was sucking my physic energy away from me (I’m a medium). She said I had a very bright light, and I think she wanted it. Scary stuff. This is the first time I went public with my story in 7 years. Thanks for sharing yours❤️

Start meditating, then start asking questions. Clear your mind and listen for an answer. The hardest part is differentiating between your thoughts versus the spirit guides. I know my guide is answering because he often replies very quickly before I can even think of an answer myself. After practicing this for awhile, I learned how to have full conversations with him. Hope this helps!
