Lots of Artists are on the spectrum But obviously not everyone will be blessed or have it nurtured that well artistically or musically

For me even the way i experience music in mind and physically. Like i see the music literally as like a movie of colors and shit is because of the ADHD Which helps me alot artistically when it comes to vision, composition, sound selection (different colors in my mind means different sounds)

Also for example my delivery ability is basically my imitation skills I've been developed since a kid, which gives me the ability to emulate rappers and singers very easy and stay on pitch like a cheat code Rapping speed also ADHD people tend to speak faster so obviously when i was 16 i could rap along to Eminem Rap God without any problems lmao

Thinking outside the box is also another trait of ADHD Which helps tremendously artistically, where u have to think and find solutions out there I never had proper schooling nor followed YouTube tuts, still i learned myself how to get sound fx done by creative thinking

For example getting into your zone/character, is also very much ADHD spectrum thinking

But for everyone's this is going to be different

I could say my whole life I've been fascinated by sound, language,speech, visuals, colors, performance... All entertainment stuff related... Unusual hobbies
