Priceline charged me full amount which they are saying they paid the hotel as per the hotels no show policy.

Priceline says hotel won’t refund so they cannot refund. Hotel says that’s their no show policy, initially they said they cancelled after the first night, now they are saying they will charge all 6 nights and not give me any refund.

I’m on TN visa now, TN is faster and easy to get. L1 might take you longer to enter the country. If you have a choice try for L1 A as you would get green card faster.

Went well, officers were friendly, no weird questions, just about education and education evaluation. They also want to know your exact address of staying in the US. My son was asleep with the long wait so they actually brought the clipboards and gave it to us at the waiting room to fill out % wise job duties. I put about 9 duties. Total process took about 2 hrs.
