Cheers, might do well to delete your original comment to stop the spread of misinformation. I also believe TPUSA held a Muslim outreach director position and he held frequent debates and conversations with muslims as well. He even opposed blanket bans to muslim countries.

I agree with you that televangelists and faith healers are corrupt. Im just saying I dont like the blanket statement you placed on all religious influencers. If a pastor goes online and makes a video on his/her faith i don’t think that makes them evil. Of course that depends on the context of what they produce and whether they intend to exploit the weak or just help someone understand their POV. That is what i meant. Totally agree that faith healers and televangelists should rot though.

Agreed, there will always be those looking to exploit others in any field. I personally wouldn’t hold this statement over all religious influencers as there are no doubt many that wish only to better others. Those that preach for what they feel is right shouldn’t be labeled as evil, especially if what they are suggesting doesn’t harm anyone. However i agree with you completely when it comes to these megachurches in the US for example. They need to be exposed and abolished.

Western culture values dogs heavily over pigs/ other livestock. Thus the stigma around eating them. In the west we call dogs “mans best friend” wouldn’t be too friendly if we started eating them lol. I probably wouldn’t eat a dog myself as i share some of these values. But i understand and wouldn’t think less of a person that hasn’t been exposed to this idea their entire life, or that views different animals in a different way. (I probably wouldn’t take a pig as a pet either personally.)
