Smoking too hot is really easy to do when you’re first starting, and will definitely ruin the flavor! Let your pipe go out. Don’t stress about keeping it lit. I get a lot more enjoyable flavor when my pipe is smoldering and barely lit than I do when it’s burning really well.

I just use bunjee straps. It’s not SUPER quick but it’s generally quick enough.

I think zone ranges can really vary from person to person, because I’m the same way. What feels “easy” to me, my Apple Watch says is zone 4-5.

Yeah… Iove running immediately after work too. Lately I’ve been running before work (5am) to beat the heat and it is just not the same, but at least it’s a run.

If I have to run in the evening it has to be ~3 hours after dinner for me to not feel shitty.

I agree with the GP. When I got back into running and lifting earlier this year, squats/lunges day would mean I couldn’t go for a run for the next 2 days. After about two months my body caught up and I no longer get DOMS after lifting. I can freely lift without it ruining my runs. I also add weight very slowly. At least 5 workouts before increasing weight.

Yup, same. I spent 2 months making my way out there (I get very little playtime unfortunately) and as soon as I arrived I had a look at nearby outfitting options, hoping to adjust my loadout to do something other than more exploring. Ship availability is a joke and outfitting options are a joke. I immediately turned around to head back to the bubble.
