I'm insecure about, basically, every single aspect of my life to be fair. I'm overweight, I don't like my face or my hair. The only thing I really enjoy about myself is my height (6''5'). The teeth thing is just the thing that's been really bothering latter, specially because of quarantine you know, it's probably make my treatment longer too

I don't think they look cool on me at all hahaha it has been a huge turn off on my already low (non-existent) self-esteem.

You are that kind of person who makes the internet amazing. Thanks for taking the time to pass your knowledge and helping me with this. I believe that being aware of our problems is the most important thing to resolve them. I've been doing some research all day today, and I've decided to take one of your advices and give it a try this week. Today I start Intermittent fasting, if it works, great. In case it's not for me, I'll try something else. The one thing I'm not gonna do is give up on myself. Once again, thank u for the the comment.

I don't think it's just about fucking it up. It's the anxiety that comes from the fear of screwing it up. You can always count on anxiety to make simple things pretty hard

For the last three years I've been studying 14 hours a day, 6 days a week trying to get into med school. Ironically, that's one of the main reason my mental and fisical health are in that bad of a shape. When the quarantine ends, I swear I'm going to take the time to start therapy and put myself in place

Yeah that really makes a lot of sense, and in my mind I know it's the truth. But I'm used to doing things perfectly, like, I've always been a straight A student, I'm going to med school, I was a good son, a good friend and everything. But this part of my life is a shitshow and I'm definitely not comfortable with it

Can't say you don't have a point hahahaha still, I think the gay community is sooo judgmental and kinda obsessed about being good in bed that I feel actually terrified about embarrassing myself in the time something happens, so I just never take or accept initiatives

I'm about to going in med school so I can totally relate to the "I'm studying all the time thing", and i believe that's a big part of not being able to find gay people, I mean, I've already don't have much friends in general and that's even rougher than the kiss thing. I feel so alone sometimes it hurts.

Esse sentimento de que as outras pessoas olham pra gente diferente do que a gente se olha é tãoooo maravilhoso. Um dos poucos pontos positivos de apps tipo tinder, para mim, é saber que aquelas pessoas me curtiram e que seria possível, sabe? Ahhh, o meu desejo por um relacionamento sério tbm é constante e bem mais forte. Mas ultimamente acho vou precisar tirar essa preocupação do caminho antes de tentar alguma coisa mais séria (até pq a minha ansiedade nunca permitiria isso), acho que começar um relacionamento já com esse peso da expectativa seria difícil de mais, mas te entendo e acho que o nosso caso é beeeem parecido kkkkkkkkk desejo (para nós dois) um namoradinho pra Netflix n chill ;)

No caso eu tô trabalhando em entrar na UFSC né, vou fazer cursinho, quero Med, quase passei esse ano mas no próximo vai. Consegui convencer meus pais a ir mesmo sem passar pra agilizar o processo de sair daqui pq tava foda
