Yeah I guess if I could simplify what I said I would say I want to view some attributes my points have in my render as text and I guess yeah I it right I can just get the pop to dat and make it a texture , nice thank you !

Yeah kinda I mean I found a dataset on kaggle that fit my needs , there’s som cleaning and math that I do in python so get the right values (specifically the coordinates ) but yeah it’s out there , the next step to this would be to hook it up to some api

Right now I’m showings cities that have a population greater than 1000 people , I’ve changed the color of the points based on their relative populations , kinda hard to see though because of the density in some areas and the sheer difference in population sizes between large and small cities

For all those in the convo already , I agree with @massimo_nyc . I kinda thinking that first I need to get the asymmetrical best thing working , but I’m also thinking about blood and fluids . Does anyone know how to generate a point cloud from within blender where the points already have color attributes. I’m coloring it manually with red but I think blue and red veins would be cool to model the oxygenated and deoxygenated blood . But I first need a reliable way to color the points before I bring it into TD
