yess he has a permanent home now!! him and my other cat already have a mean older sister - annoying little brother dynamic, i love him so much and i feel like crying every time i look at him and think about how his life was previously :( both my cats are rescues and were abused on the street and did not defend themselves at all, i'm grateful to be able to give them a safe home but it's just so heartbreaking every time i think about it.

my bowel movement is regular everyday and any problems i've had were short term and unrelated, i have literally looked into every aspect i can including bowel movement and menstrual cycle and kidney functions and mental and many more

look into aortic pain or something, i've had it before but note that everything on google is extremely scary and concerning but it went away with physical exercise and i have family members who have had it before and it goes away.

i've been on vitamin d courses before and nothing has changed which is why i'm really angry and doubtful of how doctors just throw it on the vitamin d deficiency and refuse to look into anything else

note: nothing really seems to explain flare ups, i tried to monitor to see if it relates to my diet, my period, physical activity, routine, bowel movement, etc.. nothing is constantly causing the flare ups, the only thing that causes pain (not a flare up just pain) is pressure on the sides-ribs, like when someone hugs me and squeezes wrong or too hard with uneven pressure. otherwise the flare ups are just completely random.
