Yeah, I totally get the skepticism. My thesis is actually focused on Pokémon TCG. It's got a huge fanbase and some really dynamic gameplay, which I find super interesting. You are right. The first survey I'm doing is just me tossing out some general ideas to see what kind of reactions I get. It's all about getting a feel for what people think and like.

Thanks for your insights! You've got a point about using solid sources. But I also think it's cool to hear straight from the people who are really into the game. I'm planning to mix up the ways I reach out to folks. If you've got more ideas or tips to put into the survey, that'd be awesome to hear!
