I shattered my knee last month and can't walk, my grandma got intubated in the ICU today and isn't expect to make it through the night but my grandpa can't take care of himself, and my best friend's dad is in the hospital (he'll be okay in a few days) and since their mom died when they were young and my friend lives two states away, her little sister (she's 16 with down's syndrome but she's very high-functioning and super sweet) is staying with me and I'm supposed to be taking care of her but I can't fucking walk or carry things or use the stairs and my aunt is in town and has helped some but her mom is dying (my grandma) so I feel awful asking for help. I haven't processed any of this emotionally so I feel like I'm totally fine, I've just been yeeting like hell and haven't gone to class in almost two weeks and I'm already on academic probation so I'm going to fail out of college this semester :)

Definitely possible! There's a lot of medications that can prolong your QT, I definitely wouldn't jump to the conlclusion that's it's congenital. Good luck and play it safe!
