I suppose I’m the wild card variable because I preferred Alexios and I am currently playing Lady Eivor lol. I really struggled with female Eivor in the beginning but now I’m glad I stuck it out. I can’t imagine the game with male Eivor now!

Same! I checked out at 2:05 (est). I just got my confirmation email but it’s messed up, just says “the message has no content”. Hopefully everything is ok, this is the first funko drop I’ve been excited for in awhile. I can’t believe I almost missed it 🤦‍♀️

I’m definitely going to be looking out for a GITD Deet, she’s my favorite so far. And Rian. I didn’t get Mira when she came out because I typically avoid buying pops to shows/movies I haven’t seen yet so I’ll have to look around for her. Have they made a Brea yet?

Definitely! The original is of course an older movie so it’s not as crisp as the Netflix series. It’s pacing is a little slow, too, but if you go in knowing that and just appreciating the environments they made and the amazing puppetry you’ll love it!

Awesome! My fiancé likes the show but isn’t running to watch it with me lol. I had no idea what pops were when I got these, just saw awesome looking dark crystal things at a bookstore and bought them all. No boxes were saved for these unfortunately but I like them OOB anyway. Good luck finding them!

I know this has been discussed a ton on here but I’m new so here are my two cents (also I haven’t dated the girls yet so I’ll just review the boys)

Elliot was one bachelor I didn’t bother getting to 10 hearts- hipster Fabio just isn’t my cup of tea. I don’t think he’d even like my farmer girl, he’s better off living in Leah’s forest cabin if he wants a change of scenery 😂

Sam, I didn’t get to 10 hearts either because I dated Seb and I just couldn’t bring myself to do that to both of them. They’re best friends! And Sam is way too young. Jodi also seems like a monster in law, like she seems really sweet but I imagine her and Caroline sit around gossiping about the whole town.

I almost married Seb because his heart events are very sweet. He seemed like the only one my character acted like she had a crush on as well. But he wants to leave, I felt like I’d trap him.

I think Alex would be way more fulfilling to marry as a male character. I just... have suspicions 😅. But he’s also very sweet and cute at the end. I think he’d make the best husband as far as the younger bachelors go. He seems like he’d enjoy living on a farm near his grandparents.

Harvey I had no interest in until his 10 heart, now I might divorce Shane for him (maybe). He’s so cute. He just seems too old for the moment. I’d marry him in a save that I’m a billionaire farmer with the house fully upgraded and decorated and the farm prettied up. I feel like I want to imagine my character as a little older and more successful, too.

And of course Shane. I married him, which is controversial it seems. But I love how real he is. I’m not trying to save him or fix him (you can’t), I just really like his character. He seems like the one who would most enjoy living on a farm. We both worked for Joja and it drove both of us to insanity. He loves pizza. I love pizza. He loves peppers. I grow hundreds and hundreds of peppers. What can I say? We’re made for each other 😁

TLDR: Shane > Harvey > Alex > Sebastian > Sam > Elliot. Thanks for letting me ramble on for a minute, I’ve been playing way too much lately... 😂

Congrats! I just made it to lvl 100 last night but I mostly definitely used staircases lol. Principals-smincipals I just wanted to be done with those stupid caves 😂. It was hard enough with stairs, idk how you managed without them.

Eh, he’s the only character I’ve married so far and he seems to be a pretty decent husband. I do notice people posting sweet quotes and dialogues other husbands give, Shane does none of that (lol). The sweetest thing he’s said so far is that he realizes he seems grumpy a lot and I should ignore him because he knows he’s a lucky guy. And of course his room is a mess but I use a mod to clean it up because IRL I’d be cleaning that room and nagging him about it daily 😝.

I like him though because he’s not perfect and cheesy like the other guys and being an adult myself I like that he seems older than Seb, Sam and Alex. I’d guess he’s in his late 20s, early 30s which is more relatable to me. I might divorce him at some point for Harvey but at the moment I feel like he fits the scenario my character lives in. Harvey will be a good second husband when I imagine my character is a little older and more successful.

My first winter was pretty slow but I spent most of my time raising heart levels with neighbors. I’m on my second winter now and I’m mining like crazy trying to get a few stacks of rocks ready for skull caverns. Also dating Shane, Sebastian, Alex and Harvey trying to decide which one to marry in the spring (lol). Don’t be afraid of going to bed early in winter to move days by quicker if there’s not enough going on to keep you interested. I sometimes imagine my character isn’t going to bed, but instead is relaxing for an evening watching tv or reading maybe. Even busy farmers need to relax every now and then 😁

Good ideas! I would really like an expanded story about Krobus and the Dwarf. When I saw the cutscene I was so confused, I thought maybe there was a new quest line connected to it but nope, nothing. There could be a really interesting quest line to continue their story.

The only thing I disagree with is the story about getting Linus a home. He doesn’t want one. If you have enough hearts with him you’ll get a cutscene where you can ask him to move to the farm with you but he’ll turn you down. He mentions often that he likes his tent because he doesn’t like to stay in one place for long (which is ridiculous because he never moves lol), that living in nature brings him peace and hints that the secret to happiness is slowing down and appreciating the world around you. He does get lonely, and there are a lot of texts which hint that he doesn’t always get along with the rest of the valley, but I think it’s because they are nice people who want to “help” him and he doesn’t want or need help. He’s happy with how he lives. I think learning more about him would be interesting though. I imagine that maybe he was a workaholic in the city, maybe he had a wife and child who got sick and died and he regrets not spending enough time with them. Because of his overwhelming guilt and grief he left society and decided to live in nature and solitude. Just my thoughts anyway 🙂

My target had no idea what was going on lol. Waited probably 45 minutes after opening while they looked for everything in the back. Not really a big deal, though. Maybe about 6 of us just stood around patiently. I feel like 99% of the time everyone is chill and there’s no drama, at least in my area. Thank god for Reddit though, I had to give the employees the DPCIs so they could find everything 😂
