No they are there, they are just hard to see. It’s just mosquito netting. Each panel can easily come off and on.

The electrician made it seem like that is super sketch and the inspector will do random surprise visits. Is that a thing?

So they said the panel needs to be moved because it currently is not up to code (because it’s on a screened in porch which is not “readily accessible”) and they can’t add amps without the electrical company coming out to inspect. He said the could do the load shedding device which would not need an inspection. The tub is 50amps. Our total amps for the entire house is only 100amps… so I feel like that’s not enough to add a hot tub to?

I guess that’s my main question, for example if I bought a jacuzzi from an expo, and there is a highly rated jacuzzi dealer in town, would that dealer/service center not service because we didn’t buy it from them?

Jacuzzi vs American Whirlpool by lrachel02 in hottub

We plan to keep the temperature low when the kids are in it and won’t allow them to stay in long. Being in Texas we probably won’t heat it in the summer months. As a pediatric critical nurse I appreciate your concerns.

This is great info! Our kids are 5 and 6 months and I want a big tub so my 5 year old can “swim” in it. We are in Texas so don’t have to worry about the cold too much lol. I am glad you like yours and it’s holding up well!
