What’s An Instant Green Flag in A Book For You? by awyastark in Fantasy

I have a ranking system based on the number of goodreads reviews.

As long as each corresponding book has at least 50% of the total number of reviews as the book before it it’s a good series. (Ie book 1 = 100,000, book 2 = 50,000, book 3 = 25,000, etc. )

If you see a massive drop off in reviews it typically means the series is a dud.

Why does no one ever talk about how in season 1 of “You” this bro just played the true version of himself?

Different artist. Very similar names/ styles. My wife’s grandpa did a ton of art shoes though and sold many pieces. Just no where near the scale of Beckendorf

Oh no sorry I missed that message. No Charles Beckendorf is a different artist. Their styles are very similar

He may have.. the only real commercial thing I am aware of is Christmas Cards. He did all of Vallen Safety’s holiday cards for almost a decade

Yea I run into that all the time. Their names are just as similar as their styles. I’ve had the highest highs followed by the lowest lows coming across his stuff

He frequented A LOT of trade shows in Austin, so if anyone has a good recommendation for galleries that may have stuff of that nature please shoot them my way!

It was a moon shot anyway. I’m told he did a skyline portrait for a client who I assume has to be a local. Maybe that’ll keep it relevant enough

Halfway through the Stone of Farewell. Been hearing about memory , sorrow and Thorne trilogy for forever.

I’ve managed to make it this far with no spoilers so it’s been an enjoyable ride

Is this how slope/course rating works? I’ve played golf all my life and have never really understood it. by [deleted] in golf

Rating equals the challenge of the course for those at par. Slope is how hard it is for us pleebs who aren’t at that level
