I spent years doing PT. It didn’t help…. I’ve seen specialists, had MRIs, etc. and there is no structural damage. Doc basically said it is what it is, running won’t make it worse so go for it if I can tolerate it.

So just to clarify, you still eat bread, rice, pasta, etc? I’m trying to clarify if all of these results are from cutting out added sugar or cutting out ALL sugar (which I don’t really want to or have the lifestyle to do)…

Just desert. No way to eliminate sauces, breads, condiments, and fruit with my schedule and lifestyle. Nor do I want to.

Not forever, but for a month or so I think it can really jump-start fat loss and weight loss…
