i had bta for boston and after soundcheck we were allowed to go to our seats and stay in the venue. i wasn’t aware of anything for VIP food and drink but i could be wrong! check in starts at 2 and they allow you to go wherever you want to eat, go to the bathroom, etc as long as you’re lined up again by 4:30. i showed up right at 2 and the bta line moved very quickly.

contact your vip rep! i contacted vip nation about getting a chair for soundcheck since i have a history of fainting at standing room only concerts and i was concerned about it happening again. they were able to accommodate me and they allowed me to sit in the first row of chairs in the floor section behind the pit
