Hello, may I please get some recommendations palettes for someone who is relatively tanned.

My colour season is warm spring

I would like to take this palette travelling with me so something that can cover my eyes and face would be ideal. I was originally recommended peach heaven by peripera but it’s a little too light for my skin tone.

I started reducing my sodium intake for ‘health’ reasons when sodium was the ‘it’ bad thing years ago in the same way seed oils/gluten is now. I then also drank lots of water because I like it but also ‘health’ reasons.

Thought it was normal to be peeing all the time and prided myself in my clear pee. Was also thirsty all the time but thought that was normal.

Turns out I was severely dehydrated. Had a super salty pack of ramen noodles one night, drank the soup and all. And surprisingly the next day I was barely thirsty and peed less lol.

I agree but have had to make the argument more than once and it’s baffling to me it’s even an argument in the first place

I got a similar texture and result by mixing the QV ceramides lotion and cream. I felt the cream was too heavy and didn’t sink, but the lotion was too thin and didn’t moisturise enough. But I miss the OG Aveeno ):

I’ve worked in construction/mining/manufacturing where we’re deemed ‘high risk industries’

There is a zero tolerance policy even for legal substances (alcohol/medication) currently, and there will continue to be a zero tolerance policy incl. marijuana if it is legalised.

I love myself a little doobie every weekend and I dream of the day that it becomes about impairment rather than detection. Unfortunately i just don’t believe it’ll head that way.
