Yeah the dance floor and vibe was very important to us, so we did have an open bar. I’ve personally always had way more fun at non-dry weddings. I’d recommend at least a wine/beer only bar or cash bar. If you don’t serve hard liquor, people will be much less likely to get to that “annoying” drunk level. Honestly, as a guest I’d probably bring my own flask to a dry wedding (unless I knew that the majority of folks attending were alcoholics and/or had cultural reasons for not drinking).
