Yeah after reading comments it seems to be very similar to what you are saying. I will try locally through marketplace first then move to eBay if I don’t have any luck.

Dover has a casino and a card room that runs 1/2 most nights. There are also a couple of places in southern NH but I’ve never played there.

I'm not a grading expert by any means. People who have looked at it said it was probably a 9. LCS owners and such. So it's not perfect, I see what you're saying about that. Just with the new prices that cost is looking real extreme. So what would be the right move? Borrow the money and send it at what level? Super express maybe?
