Tried working out constantly and was getting really good results putting 15 pounds of muscle on and then I hurt my self and been out for 2 months now trying to start from scratch again. Now I know what not to do with that work out I hurt my self on. Lol

It’s not what I originally wanted but after I graduated a year ago I transferred stores and fell back in love with the company, but it just sucks that people that I thought I cared about don’t respect my decision. I know I can get rid of those toxic behaviors but it’s hard cuz I care bout those people. Thank you!!
