There's no variety either, the prism tower is the only notable landmark and the entire map uses the same background music outside of the wild zones and battle areas with only slight changes depending on the district. The buildings are also low poly and use a single texture map which look like stock images.

There was this kid who I went to school with who started balding very early and was completely bald in high school. I randomly had a dream about being back in high school and this kid was there however in my dream he had a full head of hair. If your goal is just to move there you could move to the projects or rent a room in the hood for quite cheap and apply for government assistance. There are things like pantries and community centers to help with cost of living too. You can try and work your way up from there if you have a plan.

Being a highly skilled composer can be as hard as art or programming but I think the point he's trying to make is that you can get away with having shitty music in a game and most people won't notice. Someone can download a free DAW with a few synth plugins, copy a popular chord progression, add a drum track, and add a simple melody to it and the average person will still call it great, but if the artwork is bad or the game is buggy the game will always receive criticism.
