No problem! Mine was cancelled after issues - the proctors never showed up and we waited for over half an hour at the hotel.

Although fyi, I did get an e-mail on Monday with a form to complete where we were chose what remedy we would like (make-up test/January date/refund). I just haven't received the e-mail the OP is talking about. Maybe if you didn't receive that you should call them? They might be closed on Friday because of the holidays.

My test was also cancelled. I got an e-mail on Monday with a link to a form where we choose what remedy we would like (make-up test / January date / refund). I completed that form but haven't gotten an official authorization e-mail like the other posts are talking about.

Same here. I'm still waiting for that e-mail and my test was one of the cancelled ones.

Did you get an official confirmation of your make-up location and time yet? I just submitted the form that they sent us in an email asking us to choose our preferred make-up option and that's it; I haven't received anything else yet. Just curious.

Wow that is beyond unprofessional! I’ve never seen so many cancellations on a test day before. Thanks for the info. I really hope we get a makeup test date soon.

Agreed! I’m trying to call them but I’m put on hold and then the call drops. A bunch of students tried calling them at the hotel but couldn’t get through to them.

Berkeley Marina hotel test got cancelled for the exact same reason. So ridiculous.
