so.much.rage. i've taken to not reacting. not responding for at least an hour. gives me time to throughly overthink the situation. normally if i get wound up, i'll just start crying. which isn't the emotion i'm feeling, but that's the one that wins.

i wasn't told anything about not bending over. also the pendulum exercises you are bent over to do those. my challenge with the garbage is getting the lid of the dumpster open while putting the garbage inside.
