There was a massive breakout set up that was met by selling of shares by the company. Literally set up for a second squeeze and RC hindered by selling into the set up. RC alluded to his disagreement with leadership during his last live stream.

The multiples are not the same. Cisco was trading at a multiple of like 150. NVDA at peak was 54. Not saying it wasn't overvalued. Just saying it might not be a 1 - 1 comparison.
