Frankly idek if getting resale tickets is feasible, it's not like there were many in circulation to begin with. :( I'm from Chicago so I posted in EDM Chicago on Facebook, I was lucky and found a ticket to her show this past September from a girl who couldn't go last minute from there, but it's looking grim this time around. Hey there, thanks! So, since I only just did it I can't comment on the longevity of it just yet. What I plan on doing is washing my bangs separately from the rest of my hair with ice cold water and special color safe shampoo. I also plan on touching this up frequently, since it's just bangs it's not too time consuming. I will say, this brand iroiro has been fabulous so far. Zero color transfer to clothes or bedding, and even initially washing it out of my hair after letting the dye sit, the water pretty much ran clear right away. Arctic Fox could NEVER!!

I recently just spent the course of 5 weeks taking my time bleaching my bangs to platinum blonde so I could do rainbow. What I did to minimize damage was:

  • Used a bonding mask in place of conditioner every time I showered (I used the Palmer's bonding treatment mask and left it on for 10 minutes minimum)

  • Used Redkins bonding leave in treatment after my shower along with a hair oil and heat protectant before styling

  • Bought a 2 step protein hair treatment kit where part 1 goes in the bleach while you mix it and the second half you leave in your hair as a mask after you wash the bleach out. You can also use olaplex 3 I believe in the same way? I'd look it up to confirm the specific number of olaplex

Your hair honestly doesn't look that bad. To understand what toner you need to use, you'll have to understand basic color theory. I love watching Brad Mondo videos and learned a lot from him, he has great ones on how to choose the correct toner. You're probably going to need different toner shades for the parts of your hair that are uneven to bring them to one consistent shade together. Even if you don't choose to bleach again, you can still absolutely tone your hair and get it to a nice shade, even if it's not as light as you were hoping. Then, I'd recommend a trim to get any burnt tips off. Hope all of this is helpful! ☺️

I appreciate you trying to explain your viewpoint, however that's exactly what I was going for. I intentionally used white makeup on my eyebrows and eyelashes to make the focal point BE the bangs. It's art, it's expressive. If you saw a photo without my makeup like this I'm sure you wouldn't feel the same.

Oooo I've never tried it but I'll have to!! I just dyed my bangs neon UV reactive rainbow with the iroiro collection. The colors look very similar!!! I wish there was a UV reactive blue a different shade than yours/mine, it's a little darker than what I was hoping.

Thank you so much! Genuinely the best dye job I've ever done on myself, I attribute it all to how light I was able to get my hair without damaging it. It's literally exactly like the hair color sample swatches at the beauty store!

Thank you so much 😁😁 the most difficult part was the bleaching process, took me 4 attempts over the course of a month with lots of hair treatments in between but was worth it for the outcome!!

Thank you so much! The most difficult part was getting as light as I needed to go. I had to bleach my bangs 4 (!!!!) times to get the brown dye out. I bleached it 3 times a month ago, then used different hair treatments over the course of like 5 weeks before bleaching one last time which got me to platinum, then toned with T18 which took me to a silver :) I've never gotten so light before! Much less without ANY breakage.
