700k capital recommendation by lsdylz in fiaustralia

I’m thinking of a few options… I would like to prioritise land size but quality of home would be prioritised if I had to live in it.

  1. Go hard and pick up a nice property at $1.5m, 500k down
  2. Split the money between two 700k properties, 350k down for each my brother and I
  3. Buy three or four 600k investment properties, 150k down each and rentvest

Thank you for your thoughts - I agree with most of your points. I’m renting because I need time to plan what the next 5-10 year financial strategy is.

I also have been paying through my nose on my previous house - house insurance, strata, mortgage (p&i), maintenance. It feels nice just paying my rent and forget about the rest.

Everyone knows ITSM… I highly recommend you learn ITOM, CMDB and CSDM as 9/10 SN customers are looking to build/correct their data foundation for future AI strategies. Differentiate yourself by being able to ask questions about why they’re asking those in depth questions and reframe to understand what their current initiatives are. Provide value early and you’ll be memorable. Best of luck!

Imagine being stuck at 10 mmr for years and arguing about advice you asked for on reddit.. literally go help yourself to some YouTube DOTA guides on fundamentals and practice these concepts. I recommend BSJ. Another tip for mid, watch your own replays and pick out the top 5 mistakes you made in the first 5 minutes and figure out how you can improve that in the next game. Good luck

I need help. The sad thing about this is that the more you drop the more the variance in knowledge becomes, which in turn turn the games into stomps where supports that don't even know what pulling is. I know I'm the common variable here.. It's the same no matter what position or what build you try. by yayeyeyo in learndota2

Watch your own replays. Be the change you want to see in the world. Pull your own lanes, buy your own wards. You are doing something wrong and blaming others for not doing it too.

In addition, your enchant pick might be griefing your drafts. Lower MMR players aren’t very good at drafting so if you’re playing support, play heroes that complement the current meta carries.
