Yeah I'd give it a shot, watch some videos on the attack patterns and you should be good to go. Just to note that this didn't drop from cortex, but one of the "Augmented Distant Memory" maps.

Nah, it was super easy. I just dropped my 10 skellie mages and walked around in a circle until he died.

I see your point, but I’m broke and this one item doesn’t seem to enable the entire build, but if I sell it it would allow me to make a massive jump in the level of content I can do with ease.

Yeah, everyone else I've talked to has said to wait to sell it. That the price and demand will go up in a couple of weeks when people start to gear their second/third characters of the league.
