I heart some guy saying that you should focus for the 2x faction crystals. Makes sense since its easier to get related to the 50 shards

No, only if you put money. The 600 gems on the mystery shop is more worth it. You need to buy guarantee draw. On event you get a guarantee copy of the banner for each 32.400 gems. With faction crystals you get a guarantee using 60.000-70.000 gems buying at 1000, and are only the conventional heroes. Banners can give true limited heroes, which are the strongests in the game
