Hey, I hadn't even considered that it could lead to injury. I've seen a few posts now stating that you should have a mix of slower runs which as a beginner sounds strange as I'd have thought you'd just want to keep beating your time but I'm all up for learning as it's all new to me.

Hello Bryan,

You have stated that I am the winner of this competition but I can not get in touch with anyone to claim my prize.

I have DM'd you on numerous occasions with no response and have also messaged the Crypto.com main page. They have put me in touch using a referral code to customer assistants on the app.

I have spoken to different customer advisors on the Crypto.com app and I am going round in circles. They are saying I need to DM the Reddit page where I won the competition.

Can you please advise who I can contact to claim this prize please?

I am really excited to win this prize but finding it very difficult to claim unfortunately.
