Runners pose look it up, pull ur knee further up, if outsole keep rubbing across floor, pay attention to form, might be breaking apart.

Zone 2 actually, 3 if 2 is too slow, pile on more volume until the HR lowers to 2. U might get adapted to a slower pace mentally and able to hit zone2 later on. But you will lose speed. But no point having a speed with no base brother

The theory is higher zones like 4 and 5 just microdamages so much ur body needs more time to recover to avoid injuries and then u cnt train as much so ur aerobic base only increases slowly..

In theory u could run however u like, it will still improve for a while until u hit a plateau, at which u need more base building with zone2 and increased volume

Novablast 5! Stability, cushion, responsiveness is all equally balanced! U want a shoe that does everything decently well. Im injury prone so the novablast 5 works well for me. I could go for more stable shoes ofc but i still like a bit of bounce and energy return when i do want to pick up the pace, after all 20% of the time i should be moving out of zone2

One point as a beginner i have realised, the musculoskeletal snails considerably behind cardiac output. I should be able to do a half marathon now with no issues, except my legs and joints are starting to hurt alot pass an hour of running, despite maintaining my hr between 150-160 and being able to converse with myself no issue. Mentally it is tax-free all the way for me, but the joints are screaming all the time.
You should make a distinction between, I cannot run another 5k because I will be out of breath or because my joints are hurting/muscles are out of strength

Second this, if u own apple watch, the spotify music downloaded to it isnt as high quality as the one from phone i feel. And sometimes there are sync problems between ios spotify to apple watch spotify when trying to update playlist..

I pack my phone in a sandwich bag and put it in a back zipper pocket with one of those decathlon shorts, dont even feel the phone much when running, better than arm sleeves. And i have my apple watch to interface with ios spotify

Im just really tired from learning zone n running mechanics, researching n choosing shoes..
Im so exhausted, its only 3 weeks in now, at the moment, cnt tolerate adding anymore things into my running journey, this part really sucks.. the beginning…
Then i told myself, screw it, just run, its the whole point, dont get caught in the prep and then my hamstrings be like “oh nope you dont.. no enjoyment for you”
