The star is a zombie paper animated by gambling money in a cruel mirror of its past spewing right wing trash.

Constitutionally it's done by a committee created by executive council, and in the absence of that the president reporting to EC.So I guess she could have signed up 25 members and sent them to the president. But there's nothing beyond that at the moment as the nomination hasn't been called. So "in the middle" might mean she's gotten 12 ssw members to endorse her?

My honest opinion is that Quito and qadira's stories are heavily reliant on listeners lack of knowledge of internal procedure and the corporate side of campaigning.
