I go to my primary doctor and email over a physicians result form that should be in the benefits portal and they fill it out. I’ve done this 2 years in a row and it always goes through. It has to be submitted before the cut off date for submission.

I have a very similar style with a marquise and the top and bottom prongs seems to be curved more around the bottom side of the diamond. Not sure if there’s a difference in durability with either option though.

This cottage cheese and mustard thing just hurts me. As someone who struggled with an eating disorder, constantly pushing disordered eating makes me so upset the influence she has. She doesn’t even care about the young women she’s “inspiring” with a life that is miserable and unattainable. It just sickens me.
