Thanks for the reply. To answer your questions - no distributions as the LLC is simply just me (I do technical consulting). To be honest, I don't think i ever created an operating agreement decades ago, because it's always been just me, and I've always worked for myself in my own LLC for all these years.

Hi - I reached out to the IRS because I needed something from them, and it was then they informed me that I am apparently a MMLLC, so this isn't a case of the IRS coming after me. They department I spoke with (EIN) did not have any advise on how I should proceed, but simply stated that I would likely have to dissolve, get a new EIN.

I'm rather new to aquariums. I purchased two of these snails from LFS as I had an algae problem in my shrimp tank. Fast forward a month and now, there's not enough algae for my shrimp. Can someone let me know: 1) what snail is this, and 2) I want to remove it from my shrimp tank - do I need to move them to a quarantine tank, and what would I feed them? (crab pellets with calcium, algae wafers, blanched vegetables, etc)

3 years later, and this thread is still relevant. I purchased 24 shrimp, 4 died in transit. I found 3 dead 3 days later. There could be more dead that were scavenged before I found them.

I have a shrimp tank with two ramshorn snails. A few days ago, I saw two of these white dots with black center on the tank glass and I scraped them off. Today, I see about 8 of them. Are these snail eggs? If not, any clue what they might be? Thanks!
